Baskin Robbins Opens up in BGC

Baskin Robbins has opened up their first store in the Philippines last July 1. It’s located at Central Square in Bonifacio Global City, of the same building with Bonifacio Highstreet Cinema. The store is at the second floor and you’ll surely spot it right away because there’s usually a long line. Almost all in line are working girls and boys who took a break just to taste all the different kinds of flavors of this brand.

I am not THAT familiar with each and every flavor that they have to offer. I only heard of Baskin Robbins from a KPOP group 2NE1 because they endorsed the ice cream brand a couple of years back. I was able to try it out in Genting, Malaysia with my friend, Joyce, and that’s it.

When we went there, I was overwhelmed with the flavors that I don’t even know what to pick. There were too many. But the good thing is, they offer free taste of each flavor. When their crews aren’t busy, they can take a little scoop of the flavor you like from their cute little pink spoon. You can actually just stay there and take free tastes of each flavor. Hahaha. Bad. That’s what everyone’s doing anyway.

So my colleagues went there yesterday at around 1PM. The line was usually long as it was just their second day. We spent the first 30 minutes taking notes of the flavors and deciding which ones to order. Here are a few pictures that we took, and if you are asking me the flavors of each, I can’t remember! I guess you should go visit the store for you to find out 🙂

They costs just like Gelato. Each scoop was big. I am not a big ice cream eater so I can share one scoop with another friend. I ordered two regular scoops which costs 199 pesos. Pretty expensive so make sure you choose the right flavor 🙂
